- Shipping is included in the price.
- You'll receive an email when your order ships. If you have a question about delivery, contact us.
Returns & refunds

Billing questions & disputes
If something looks wrong with a charge or an order, please contact us first at the email above so we can look into it. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card or Cash App details.
Launch edition terms (signed copies)
- The launch edition is limited to the first 100 print copies ordered (paperback or hardcover). Each copy in a two-paperback pack counts toward the limit.
- Launch edition copies are signed by hand by Dandridge L. Keys and Darrell Faulkner.
- The offer ends at 11:59 PM Central Time on November 9, 2026, or when all signed copies have been claimed, whichever comes first. Orders placed after that ship unsigned.
- Signed copies are subject to the same all-sales-final policy.
Digital bonuses
The interview and discussion guide are included free with every order, for personal and group use. Please don't resell or repost them.
Privacy
We use the name, email, and shipping address you give at checkout only to fulfill and support your order. We don't sell your information. Payments are handled by Stripe under its own privacy policy.
